It's ironic, Solo Leveling led me to Omiscient Reader's Viewpoint which finally, belatedly led me to TBATE! ORV's a dense, rich, layered story but gets tangled in its own weeds a bit as the story progresses. I'm only up to and have stopped for a while at episode 251. Wished for a bit more of inter-character/relationship development for Kim Dokja, particularly with Yoo Sangah but so far looks like he's of the ascetic hero archetype. We want to know him on more levels :(. Redice and Fuyuki23 are amongst the very best in art work. Love it!
ORV is amazing, I would say it’s even better than solo leveling. The novel is also worth reading, here’s hoping for a publisher to pick it up so we can support the authors 🤞🏻🙏🏻
as ORV fans who finish reading the novel and follow the side story that still on going through spoiler (because it still don't have official eng translations), ORV is different at another level, it's really different from your typical power fantasy action story, because ORV will taught you a lot of things, the authors have a lot of deep message in the story.
the story and plot are complex, Kim Dokja's characters can people relate to, especially about literature. it's known that ORV authors have a literature major background, that is why they like to include a lot about philosophy in their story. The plot is, when you read it again after finishing it, you can't see it the same anymore, you will find that action, word, sentence there's meaning there.
